How Bloom Works (And Why We Built It)

The problem

Mum friendships fail at the planning step. Everyone wants to meet. Nobody can pick a date. The group chat dies. Months pass.

What Bloom does

1. Your circle votes on what to do

Pick from a curated list (spa, pottery, brunch, sound bath…) or add your own ideas. Everyone in the circle votes. The most-voted experience wins.

2. Bloom finds a date that works

Each member marks the days they're free. Bloom finds the day with the most overlap. No more Doodle polls.

3. A different person organises each cycle

One person picks the date and books the venue this month. Next month, it's someone else. Bloom rotates the role automatically.

4. You show up

That's it. The hard part — coordinating — is done. You just turn up.

What it costs

$50 per year per circle. Members join free. The creator pays once and the whole circle uses it.

What it's not

It's not a social network. It's not a meditation app. It's not for making new friends. It's a logistics tool for friend groups who already exist and want to actually meet up.

Why we built it

Because we kept watching brilliant women — mothers, professionals, friends — fail to see each other for months at a time. Not from lack of love. From lack of a system. So we built the system.
